I know I’ve been gone for over a year. I’ve been waiting for the right moment to start blogging again and it’s finally here. I am going to blog my diet and workout for the next 16 weeks. These posts will be updated throughout the day. My diet has been designed by pro bodybuilder Debbie Bramwell who works out in my gym. She’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I started today and I’m rather enjoying it. This is how I will track my progress. Pretty sure I will not be adding photos for a while though. I think the camera adds 40 lbs.

Day 1

Starting morning weight 230 lbs.

Meal 1: 4 eggs, Syntha-6 shake. ( I didn’t get the diet in my email until after this meal. It’s not really on the diet.)

Meal 2: 6 oz sirloin steak 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice. This meal was fantastic!

20 minutes of cardio. Felt like an hour.

Meal 3: 7 oz grilled chicken, 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice, cauliflower and broccoli. I don’t really like chicken. Might switch to pork if she’ll let me.

Meal 4: 8 oz grilled tilapia, 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice, cauliflower and broccoli.

Day 56: Obama decides to visit the Gulf Coast to assess the damage of the oil spill. He then compares the oil spill to the 9/11 tragedy.

“In the same way that our view of our vulnerabilities and our foreign policy was shaped profoundly by 9/11, I think this disaster is going to shape how we think about the environment and energy for many years to come,” Mr Obama said.

I think it’s safe to say we now know how he will respond to another terrorist attack. He will declare he’s in charge, look for “ass to kick”, blame others, and do nothing. Ah the qualities of Hope and Change.

I don’t really see the point of Apple releasing the iPhone 4G this summer since that will eat up even more data.
