Why aren’t my trackbacks working?

Ok I need some Word Press expert help. Ever since I switched to Word Press, I cannot seem to get my trackbacks to appear on the blogs I am linking to. Do I still have to take my shoes off?

Two years ago lighters were banned from flights because Richard Reid tried to ignite explosives in his shoes. Makes sense right? Of course that was four years after the actual incident.
