A bunch of guys at the office have started a weight loss competition. Mostly because if we don’t, we’ll probably all have heart attacks by the end of the year. We all put in $100 and it will last 4 months. The one who loses the greatest percentage of weight wins. If you fail to lose at least one pound between the monthly weigh-ins, you will pay a $10 penalty. This will hopefully prevent people from giving up.
Day 1 Weigh-Ins
| Alden | 207.8 |
| Alan | 208.4 |
| Jeff | 193.4 |
| Scott | 234.8 |
| Noel | 212.8 |
| Tim | 187.2 |
| Neal | 210.4 |
| Jon | 207.0 |
Now yes I know that my weight far exceeds everyone else in the contest, but keep in mind that I used to be a bodybuilder so much of my weight is not as fat as you would think. However, at my age, I am far too heavy now, and 234 lbs at age 24 certainly looks a lot different than it does at age 40. I may not win this contest but I certainly plan on getting in the best shape I’ve been in ten years. Check back Feb 2 to see how we’re doing!
