Apparently Sarah Palin has ruffled some feathers at the McCain Camp. Aides are complaining that she is going off script. Well good for her, I say!   McCain’s aides are the primary reason he is losing.   They have muzzled the Straight Talk Express and basically castrated the fighter (maverick) that everyone admired about him.   I’m glad Palin has a mind of her own.   She is exhibiting leadership.  She is going after Obama the way we feel McCain should have.  Everything she has said that they are whining about has been absolutely true.   They are complaining that she publicly said she didn’t want to give up on Michigan and that she finds robocalls annoying.  What’s wrong with that??  We want someone who won’t give up and tells it like she sees it.   They are a bunch of control freaks. They called her a “diva”.  They sound like the jealous divas themselves.   They basically mishandled her and fed her to the lions in her first two interviews which did not go well.  My impression is that since then she decided to stop being “handled” and start being herself which works by the way.

Conservatives love her.  We’re already talking about Palin/Jindal 2012.   McCain is clearly a far better choice than Obama, but not my first choice and his campaign effort has left me very disappointed.  Except for when he picked Palin.   There was no better choice and I like to say I’m voting for Palin/McCain instead of McCain/Palin.

The only reason the race is this close is because of Sarah Palin.  McCain’s staff should be grateful.  I’m pretty sure McCain himself is.
