I have a favorite milk called Hood Calorie Countdown. Don’t be fooled by the name. Once you have this milk you will never be able to drink regular milk again. This is my dilemma. Publix used to carry it but when they stopped we found it at Walmart. Well to my extreme disappointment, Walmart, at least in the Birmingham area, has stopped carrying it. It is nowhere to be found. I tried calling Hood to ask what the deal is but of course they didn’t call me back.
So now I am stuck trying to find a new milk. I can’t handle the regular store milk any more. I have been barraged by commercials on Fox News for Silk Soy Milk. I am willing to try anything, but really they need to get better actors. You can tell they are all hippie, vegetarian, save the animals, save the earth types or they are chubby. I’m not that worried about the milk making me a liberal vegetarian, but the chubby people worry me since I don’t really need any more help in that area.
I will have a major taste testing this weekend. I am open to suggestions about what to try.
