The financial bailout is $700 Billion. The amount of wealth we transfer to foreign countries for energy is $700 Billion per year. It’s too bad that this Do-Nothing Congress can’t find this sense of urgency in all important matters. I wonder if they can actually get anything done at all.

After listening to McCain’s specific plan to regulate the financial institutions, I listened to Obama’s “plan”. It was ridiculous. He spoke in platitudes that said absolutely nothing.
