Miss Universe 2008 was dominated by Latinas. The top five was Venezuela, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Russia, Mexico. I keep trying to tell you Latin women are the most beautiful in the world. Of course we were rooting for Miss Colombia who came in second. I think she was robbed. Probably Chavez supporters were judges. Once again the U.S. contestant was a disappointment. Even if she didn’t fall on stage, she had no shot. Making the top 10 was quite generous for her. There must be more beautiful women in this country to send. Wouldn’t you think we might have a beautiful woman of Latin descent here that we could send to compete with the top 5?
