This morning I went to McDonald’s on Highway 280 in Birmingham Store #7969 for breakfast. I ordered 2 sandwiches for me and 2 for my son. When I got to the office, there were only 3 sandwiches in the bag and none of them were ones I ordered. I know this has happened to all of you at some point and isn’t it aggravating? I called the store to let them know what happened expecting maybe they would send me a coupon in the mail. Instead the manager actually offered to bring my order to my office which she did within minutes. I was shocked and pleased. Great customer service still exists in the USA which shows why McDonald’s is still #1. And service like that deserves acknowledgment on the ‘net. Let’s see companies try to outsource that type of customer service to India!
