Alzheimer’s breakthrough

In the past few years I have found my once fantastic memory had drastically faded. At one point I got a bit scared. I struggled to remember people’s names or what I was working on the day before or even what I had for breakfast. Some had suggested aging or stress as the cause, but that didn’t feel right. I didn’t feel stressed and my memory was slipping far too rapidly to be aging. Some also blamed Nutrasweet so I switched to Splenda. It could have been that I wasn’t sleeping well, but I started to worry about early onset Alzheimers. I think I finally narrowed down the problem to be the low carb diet I was on. Once I started adding orange juice to my daily breakfast, my memory started improving. However, I still am keeping an eye out for Alzheimers…

What was I talking about?

…Oh yeah, that’s why I got excited about this article. There seems to be a breakthrough pill that stops Alzheimers in its tracks. The only problem might be remembering this when the time comes… or remembering to take the medicine! Hopefully I’ll forget how fat I am from eating all this sugar.
