  2. I’m not sure I think on my feet very well.  I do much better when I have time to contemplate what I’m going to write and time to erase mistakes.  Maybe I just have to do a few to get over being self conscious or worry about looking and sounding goofy.

  3. Scott, I have the same problem of thinking on my feet or speaking extemporaneously. To humor myself I like to think that the Mississippi River flows slowly, but runs deep.
    I must say, though, that you’re much better with thoughts expressed in words than I could ever hope to be.

  4. Thanks Don.  Believe me it takes a long time to get those words ready for print.   That’s probably why I don’t post more often!  I try to remember that whatever I write is out there forever.  It pretty much ruins any chance I could run for office.
