The first snowfall in 100 years hit Bahgdad a few weeks ago. I know, but I just found out today! Al Gore is blaming China for manipulating the weather as China announced today that they can guarantee no rain during the Summer Olympics. And I thought George Bush had the world’s only weather machine.
