Congress is now arguing over who to include in the stimulus package. It was promoted as a tax rebate, however, Congress wants to include many individuals who never paid any taxes and exclude the group, top 5%, that pays over 50% of all the taxes. That’s not a tax rebate, it’s welfare. It’s highway robbery. It’s wrong.
