Josh Beckett had a phenomenal season and completely dominated the post season including embarrassing C.C Sabathia two times yet Sabathia won the Cy Young award this year. Josh Beckett was clearly the better pitcher this year. I guess some people decided that the Red Sox had too much success and decided to give the award to an overweight also-ran. I guarantee C.C. Sabathia would like to be Josh Beckett right now.
Actually I’m surprised Al Gore didn’t win it.
