According to Confederate Yankee, MoveOn.org paid $65,000.00 for their pre-emptive full page ad in the New York Times where they denounced General Petraeus (who they referred to as “General Betray Us”) before he had even given his testimony. The standard rate for advocacy groups in the New York Times own rate card for a full page ad is $167,157.00. Surprise, surprise. Does anyone read the NYT anymore? They are increasingly irrelevant.
