Jim Bob is a former state representative which cannot possibly pay that well. I wonder what he does now. I hope he is a multi-millionaire. Some people just seem addicted to having children. Either that or they are addicted to the attention they are getting from the media. They even have their own special on the Discovery Channel. Personally I think it is very selfish to have that many children. The children cannot possibly get the attention they all need. And forget about privacy, college, Christmas presents, family vacations, restaurants, and extra-curricular activities. There is not enough time or money. These families usually cannot survive without help from charities and corporate sponsors. I feel it’s a big mistake to encourage this behavior through corporate welfare. How do they afford medical care? Families should be able to make it on their own. I would love to have more children myself but I want the two that we have to have every advantage and opportunity in life. I can’t figure out how we would get 3 children to after-school activities, let alone 17.
