Bizarre it is.

A short story. When I was just a little girl, my Grandfather was diagnosed with TB. He had to go to a sanatorium (quarantined). The whole family was tested for TB, a very good idea I might add, and none of us tested positive. After Papa had been at the sanatorium for about a week or so, the doctors realized he had been mis-diagnosed. He came home, happy he did not have TB, and I never heard him complain about the quarantine. Never once. He was just glad we were all healthy.

And this guy gets on a plane, potentially infecting many more people. There's more to this story, surely it will come out. But for a fact, he's not the man Papa was (of course in my eyes, no man is!)

I have not heard how he got it yet, but I did hear about the border patrol agent getting in trouble.

One thing I did read yesterday is that the guy's father-in-law works for the CDC!!! The father-in-law must have known and probably went to their wedding in Greece. This is a bizarre story

I heard this morning the border patrol agent that let him through has been either fired or put on leave (my short term memory is gone!) Hopefully this incident will result in some changes at the Canadian border, probably just wishful thinking, I know.

Has any information come out as to how this man was exposed to TB? Or how the CDC found out he had it? I've not read all the reporting on it so I may have missed it.
