My son saw Manny hit a homerun and then I told him it was time for bed.
As he’s going up the stairs I start screaming, “There’s another one!”.
He starts brushing his teeth, I scream “There’s ANOTHER one!!”.
He’s putting on his pajamas and I shout hysterically, “OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MAN! ANOTHER HOMERUN!! THAT’S FOUR HOMERUNS IN A ROW!!!!!”
The boy comes downstairs just in time to see Wily Mo strike out. Well, at least he got to see all the replays.
