The Fox News Channel is reporting that a sting over the weekend netted 28 pedophiles that tried to meet up with who they thought was a 13 year old girl. I haven’t found the story on FoxNews.com yet to link to.
Three of the men worked at Disney World and one worked at the Boys and Girls Club of Orlando.
Studies show that pedophiles cannot be rehabilitated and have multiple victims before and after getting caught.
These are the reasons you don’t see kids riding around neighborhoods on their bikes or playing outside at parks anymore. It’s an incredible shame.
Are there just more sickos in the world these days because of the decay of our values or were they there when we were kids and they are just getting caught more often now and have more exposure? There was always that one weird guy at the park who you stayed far away from, but to me it feels like there are far more deviants out there because access to little kids is too easy especially with the Internet. It gives these people a way to congregate with like-minded perverts and provides some anonymity which probably encourages this behavior.
I’m not sure why more people don’t ask this question. WHY DO WE LET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF JAIL? Instead of sex offender registries, special scarlet letter license plates, and Jessica’s Law, why aren’t we concentrating on life sentences without parole?
