Ok, listen, stop voting for Sanjaya Malakar. This guy (?) creeps me out. I can’t figure out who is voting for him. The rumor is that 8 year old girls love him. If my daughter wanted to vote for him, I think I’d hide the phone. He can’t sing at all and has the personality of a wet noodle. If I could pick one word to describe him it’s “weak”. It applies to so many things. He is morphing into a female more and more each week. He’s like Michael Jackson except he didn’t receive the talent, training, or abuse from Michael’s father, Joe Jackson. He even lists Michael Jackson as his favorite artist on Idol’s website. If Diana Ross adores him, that should be warning enough.
It was really uncomfortable watching him hug the other contestants at the end of the show last night. He threw himself on the other guys like a blanket. I don’t think there was any daylight between them.
Brandon Rogers, the Lenny Kravitz clone, who was voted off instead of Sanjaya at least had some talent even if he lacked personality. Heck, I even rooted for Chicken Little, Kevin Covais, last year up to a point, but I’d rather see Malakar’s sister up there. Man, I miss Antonella Barba now.
