Judge Larry Seidlin, legend in his own mind, blew it. He correctly decided that the baby’s guardian should make the decision of where Anna Nicole Smith is buried. What he should have done is determined who the father is and then let the father make that decision as legal guardian. Even though it was hilarious to watch him grandstand and pontificate to the lawyers who were slightly more intelligent than he was, he was completely incompetent.
