As you may have heard, Senator John Edwards had sent an aide to Walmart to convince the electronics manager to give Senator Edwards a shiny, new PlayStation 3 without standing in line like all the other fools who practically risked their lives in some locations. This was just hours before Senator Edwards told a story to the UFCW Union workers about how proud he was that his own son had recently chided another student for buying his sneakers at Walmart. When called on it, Senator Edwards made up a lame story that the staffer had overheard him talking about the PlayStation 3 and took it upon himself to go to Walmart without his knowledge. This guy is shady but it shouldn’t surprise anyone since he is also an ambulance chasing lawyer.
