		<description>I went through the same thing with Time Warner Cable in the Houston area. They hire untrained cable installers and the router must be from the early '90s. It never worked right. I switched to SBC/AT&#038;T for a line and DSL. The AT&#038;T router is from 2006. It's small and robust.</description>
