I'm just waiting for the mrmodchips site to reopen after this joker's victory in the courts. Some sites reporting the case have been a little economical with the information they've been giving out. They've effectively claimed that the win means that mod chips are again legal in the UK. Having read the judgement in full, I can tell you that they're not. He got away with it on a technicality - I have no idea what the prosecution were thinking. This guy seems to be an arrogant little twit so I'm half expecting/hoping that he'll think he can get away with selling mod chips again. If he does, he'll be arrested again and this time the prosecution won't make the same mistakes. Whatever he thinks of Israel's actions (I have the same misgivings), you do not tar everyone in that country with the same brush. Otherwise you have the mindset of a terrorist.
