Let’s get the bad news over with. Roger Clemens will not be playing for the Red Sox this year. The good news is that the Yankees didn’t get him either. He has decided to sign with Houston instead. Houston is the safe choice, Red Sox were the romantic choice, and the Yankees were the evil, financial choice. The Red Sox have some big pitching problems right now and Clemens might have been the final puzzle piece. Not to worry though. Even with their problems, the sox are still in first place. Coco is back and the pitching will get worked out somehow. I still have faith in Theo.
