Citizens of New Orleans have re-elected the incompetent Mayor Ray Nagin. New Orleans gets what they deserve. This is almost as bad as Washington D.C. re-electing Mayor Marion “Crack-Head” Barry. Nagin is the mayor who stranded thousands of people in the city when buses were available and went unused. Of course the answer to being incompetent is to just blame President Bush. Sadly it seems to have worked. Again.
