Arroyo- 2, Pena - 0

ESPN.com - MLB - Short Hops: Power failure for some notable names

Former Red Sox pitcher, Bronson Arroyo, hits his 2nd home run in his 2nd start for the Cincinatti Reds. He is now leading Wily Mo Pena, the power hitter he was traded for, by 2 homers. He is also 2 ahead of Manny Ramirez, 2 ahead of Barry Bonds, and 712 behind Babe Ruth on the all time list. Seeing as he can pitch and hit home runs, there must be an obvious comparison between Arroyo and Ruth. Perhaps the curse of Arroyo has begun and will last 86 years.

More importantly, Sox are still in first place.
