CNN.com – Sex syndrome ‘needs more research’ – Mar 24, 2006
Apparently there are some women who suffer from persistent sexual arousal syndrome (PSAS). It is a condition where a woman becomes involuntarily aroused for long periods of time without any stimulating factors. There may be a connection to the cessation of certain anti-depressants. It does not however seem to be a prevalant condition. Very few cases have been studied.
Men on the other hand have suffered from this condition since the dawn of time.
