Sean Hannity just made a good point on his radio show. If the President is shown to have the Constitutional authority as Commander-in-Chief to protect and defend the citizens of the United States by listening to international phone calls made to or from our enemies, and if it is interpreted that the FISA statute requires the President to obtain a warrant for these wiretaps, then the FISA statute must be deemed inherently un-Constitutional. Touché!
