They are concerned that a military strike would “stir the whole world”. Yeah, probably.
But imagine how “stirred” the world would be if Iran dropped an atomic bomb on Israel in a few years. If you are judged by the company you keep, Russia and China sure do choose poor allies in trying to become world leaders. Propping up mad dictators probably does not convince the rest of the world to follow your lead.
